How do you feel this year in Bosque Real without Annika, Paula, or several of your strongest rivals?
Well, in first place, I always play my game without thinking about my rivals. In second place, I believe the LPGA is full of good players, anyone can play great in a tournament, and anyone can score under par. So, I will play like I always do, as if the best players were here, I’m going to concentrate only on my own game; do things the right way to have a chance to win the tournament on Sunday.

This course has been hard for you, what would it mean to win here?
Yes, it would be a dream, because it has been hard for me to win here. I haven’t had bad results, but I haven´t been in a position to win. I want to win here in Mexico City; it would be something very special.

How did you feel about the course?
It is in good condition. Like every year, there are challenges, because of the elevation changes, and because of the wind, it changes direction a lot. That is something important I have to be careful of. But, I am eager to play.

Does de Pro-am help you relax?
The Pro-am is to spend time with the sponsors, and thank them for their help. I had so much fun. We laughed a lot, we joked, we bet. So it was a very pleasant day, and also I realized that I am swinging well, especially with my driver, which gives me a lot of confidence on the tee.
